Plico Advisory is the property intelligence arm of Plico Design Studio Pty Ltd, an architecture, heritage and interior design practice based in South Melbourne, Victoria. We provide architectural design, heritage advisory, feasibility assessment, and planning services across residential, development, community, and heritage project types.
Our practice combines rigorous technical expertise with a deeply integrated AI-assisted methodology — enabling us to deliver strategic, evidence-based advice at a speed and depth that larger consultancies rarely achieve.
