We assess planning controls, overlays, zoning, BCA requirements and title constraints to tell you clearly whether your project is achievable on this site.
We model your development option, indicative costs and outcomes so you have the evidence to make a confident go or no-go decision.
Every Feasibility Study Report closes with a clear architect's recommendation and a prioritised next-step roadmap tailored to your project.
Each stage goes deeper than the last. Start free, or go straight to the architect-led study if you already know your site. There is no obligation to take every stage in order.

Not a formal heritage assessment.
Test your project's opportunities and constraints from the outset, with a prioritised action plan to move forward.
This report assesses planning controls, development potential, constraints, risks and indicative costs. It is not a financial development appraisal, a property valuation, or a quantity surveyor's cost plan. Those come next, once the report confirms the project is worth pursuing.
