Plico Advisory is an architecture and advisory practice based in Port Melbourne, Victoria. We provide architectural design, heritage advisory, feasibility assessment, and planning services across residential, development, community, and heritage project types.

Over two decades of experience across residential, heritage, adaptive reuse, community, and development projects in Victoria, Tasmania, and Western Australia. Registered under the Architects Acts in Victoria (ARBV 17684), Tasmania, and Western Australia.
Heritage Researcher Yasmine Wallace PhD, Researcher — Specialist qualifications in heritage studies with a research focus on cultural heritage conservation, significance assessment, and community heritage engagement. Prepared heritage assessment reports accepted by Heritage Victoria and interstate equivalents.

New residences, alterations and additions, heritage-listed properties, and planning permit applications. Deep experience navigating Heritage Overlay requirements, ResCode assessments, and Clause 54/55 compliance under NCC 2022 Amendment 2.
