Privacy
Policy
This policy explains what personal information Plico Advisory collects, how we use and store it, and the choices you have — including how this applies to our AI-assisted advisory tools.
Overview
Plico Advisory ("Plico", "we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals and organisations who use our website, tools and advisory services. This policy is prepared in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
By using our website, intake forms or advisory tools, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
Information we collect
We collect information that you provide directly to us, and limited technical information collected automatically when you use our website and tools.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver advisory reports, and generate outputs from our tools (such as feasibility studies, budget plans and compliance guides).
We use your contact details to respond to your enquiries, provide updates on projects you've engaged us for, and — where you've opted in — send information about our services and subscription tools.
We may use anonymised, aggregated data about how our tools are used to improve their functionality, accuracy and design. This data is not linked back to identifiable individuals.
We may use or disclose information where required by law, to comply with regulatory obligations, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Plico, our clients or others.
AI-assisted tools
Several of our advisory tools use AI (including the Anthropic API) to help generate reports, summaries and recommendations. The way we use AI tools — and how project information is handled when you use them — is set out in full in our AI Disclosure.
No sensitive data in prompts. Only project-relevant information needed to generate your requested output should be entered into our AI-assisted tools. Avoid entering financial account details or information unrelated to your project.
